CHA’s Healthcare for the Homeless meets you where you’re at to provide medical care and mental health support. Being homeless is hard. We try to make it just a little easier.
Our health care team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers and community health workers provide care in the community. You will find us at clinics, soup kitchens, drop in centers and on the streets of Cambridge and Somerville. Our team works with human service agencies in Cambridge and Somerville to make sure you’re getting the support you deserve.
