As a CHA patient, you’ll find expert care, support and resources during your entire cancer journey. This includes initial diagnosis to active treatment, and into survivorship, when treatment is completed. 

Cancer Support 

CHA provides and connects you with a variety of services to support your physical and mental well-being, including social and emotional support resources to help you reduce stress, anxiety, and isolation before and during treatment.

Survivorship

Survivorship means living with, through, and beyond a diagnosis. Support focuses on caring for you with a whole-person approach by focusing on long-term health, well-being, and quality of life at every stage of the journey.
